Please also submit the copies of your matriculation and senior secondary certificates (duly attested by School authorities).
Please also submit the copies of individual marks sheet (semester wise) duly attested from Registrar (University Registrar).
5. Letter of Reference
Please provide letter of Reference from any two of the following:
* Letter from a senior professor from your college/ University
* Letter from a Head of the Department of your college/ University
* Letter from a Employer/ Senior Supervisor at work.
Please note that the LORs should stress on the following
* The first paragraph of the reference letter template should explain your connection to the person writing your recommendation, including how he/she knows you and why they are qualified to write a reference letter to recommend you.
* The second paragraph of the reference letter should contain specific information on your:
> Academic achievements
> Technical achievements if any
> Extra curricular achievements if any
> Aptitude and attitude
* This section of the reference letter template should contains a brief summary of how the qualification you are seeking will value add to your Career Goals and how you could possibly contribute to your academic environment.
* The concluding paragraph of the reference letter contains an offer to provide more information regarding the student. The referee is required to provide his phone number/ emails id within the paragraph or in the signature.
* The letter should be concluded with the writer’s name and title/ position.

6. Statement of Purpose
Our office will help you draft or edit your existing SOP. You are requested to answer the following questions to enable us to help you with this:

(name one or two specific areas or some feature of the program which specifically attracts you).
· What do you already know about the subject(s) you wish to study?
· How did you acquire that knowledge? (any extra courses/ projects etc)
· Are you currently involved in any work or activity that relates to the subject (s) you wish to study?
· Any publications or other professional accomplishments in the field (perhaps some presentations or public readings)
· What particular aspects of your current studies do you enjoy most?
· What do you plan to do with your higher educational qualification? What are your career goals?
· What other interests, (eg. Cultural/sports etc) do you have? Is there anything you are ‘passionate’ about? (Especially if they hint at some personal quality you want to convey)
· Have you been involved in any activities where you have been in a position of authority or have had to demonstrate communication skills?
· Have you been involved in any activities where you have been in a position or have had to demonstrate team spirit/ leadership/ organizational or managerial skills?
· Tell us about your back ground- family, siblings, parents, friends etc.
· Which place do you belong to…how has your environment shaped you personality?
· Your inspiration/model/idol. What have you imbibed/learnt from them
· Any setback you have faced. How did it affect you?
· Things/places/people you like or dislike and why?
· Any social/religious/ non government/voluntary organization you are/ ever were involved with?
· Your favorite teacher/subject-from school/college/university/ elsewhere. Why? (Specific classes-by title and professors you have had. –Especially if well-known in the field)
· How do you contribute to your family/class/community/society etc?
* The problems you or your family have ever faced. Explain a little. What impact did it have upon you.
* Please list the details of all you relevant academic projects and industrial training/experience till date.

* Declaration of Financial support (Copy attached) First Blood relative (Parents/ siblings)
Please note that during admissions, you are required to show access to funds approximately USD10,000 beyond the annual tuition fee. We have attached a copy of the same for your reference. You are also required to submit an Affidavit of financial support from your principal sponsor on a Stamp Paper of Rs. 20/- (the principal sponsor should be either of your parents or a first blood
